4 years afte the earth quake and still waiting. Below is an image from October last year. A picture of school that was badly damaged by earth quake and still waiting for the roof to be re build at least if not the entire building.

Its is really very strange and you can scratch your head as much as you like but you won’t be able to find an answer that why local government, MNA, MPA is not giving a damn about these schools.
In bakote a veterinary hospital is under construction which is totally a waste instead this budget could easily have been allocated for rebuilding of schools or hospital for humans. How can a vet hospital be more important than a basic health center for people or schools? May be our leaders have more animal life value than ours or they consider us animals as well.
