Naveed bahi Sorry we can not accept this man More, if he is fare man than why not till to date any Degree College in Circle Bakote, Our GTS road was registered in Gove Documentary when Mr. Mehtab was study in School, Only for road is not enough what about Education and the main issue is NWFP province, which is totally his and Nawaz Sharif Mistake. How those people can sale wrights of the Nation and even not ask any one.

during the pervaiz musharaf regime when he was in jail he was offered the highest position of country but he refused only because of his coommitment with his party and once he was asked by his friend that u should have joined the loota league but he i din`t want people of my area to walk with their heads down and i don`t want anyone to tell my people that ur elected member, brother has changed his loyalty, so i have spent 3 years in jail just for my people otherwise i had options to reconsile but for my dignity & pride of my loved ones i accepted to remain in jail.

I would like to take this opportunity to uncover some facts and realities and pay my attribute to Sardar Mahtab Ahmed Khan, the first highly qualified person representing us in the national assembly. Let me go back a bit and look at the history. The people of Circle Bakote were not well recognized and respected in the eyes of those sitting in Abbottabad like Jadoons and many others. He made them realized that from now on the people of his area could not be ignored. He did not limit himself around the local politics and using his abilities and capabilities he proved himself to be the best candidate for the Chief Ministership within no time. Once again, we the people of Circle Bakote were proud of him. He represented us on many occasions on international forums.
In addition to huge roads and water projects along the “navay” and “nakkay” of rockey mountains, he had tremendous contribution to the field of education. Let me give some evidences on ground. In my village Aliabad only, we were having one primary school before he was elected first as the member of national assemble and then provincial assembly and now we have seven schools in total adding to his contribution. On district level, the establishment of Hazara University is his greatest contribution giving an opportunity to the people of the area to excel in the feilds of natural and social sciences. The shining rays of this Mahtab will continue to enlighten the darkness of ignorance, I hope.
The story goes on and on and let me conclude by saying that such a Mahtab rises after centuries from the rocky mountains of Circle Bakote.

i think you should be proud to have a leader of your own area,he has proven in past that he is a loyal person not only to his party but to his leader too,as mentioned before he has been offered high positions in dictators regime.As for sooba hazara is concerned ,he was the only voice that nawaz shareef had to listen and changed is plane in last minutes,before signing 18th amendment,everyone knows that.Then still keeping loyalty to his own people he offerd to secrifice his national assembly seat.Problem is if you reject him just because he could not deliver, in terms of roads and education system in your area,the question is do you have an alternative? do you think you have another leader of such scale? or may be you expecting Jadoons to win and deliver, all this in your area.If you think they are the only option you have then you are living in a Cloud Cuckoo Land.My honest opinion is to streanthen this mans hand trust him and give him a confidance that his people are with him,fingers cross he is going to get you to the stage where every hazarawal will feel proud on you people, that you chose the best leader of Hazara.In this delicate time he needs your support and cooporation not your critism.i have given my opinion the decision is yours .best of luck.

Sorry to say but still we are not able to bring our thinking in Globel level and like Educated people, Primary School, Road, thats it,any thing else other than this, I belived a kind leader and educated person first of all looking the Education standard for the over all region,which Our circle bakote his same 20 years Back only qty of the Schools may increase but the Standard his same, Road is Good Facility Only the Areas where they can find More and More Votes what about Ruler area, my dear brother Fazlur Raham pull out your thinking from Primary School, Main thing is Circle Bakote University or College where every person can get advantage of the education. What you are thinking Mr. Mehtab is the Single Educated persons and his Family members Fida and his son, no one else in that region, waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaao I feel shamed the truth his they never give chance to others to take step forward and facilitate their skills for the society. You know Wadaira Izem same they did. Our some People for their own benefits sales & killing the wrights of other poors like my above friend is wants to close every one in Mr. Mehtab Packet. I couldn’t have said it better than Abdul Sattar. The people of this area need to think and realize that Sardar Mehtab did good things for us but not good enough. Com’on he was chief minister of the province he could have done whatever he would have wanted to but he ignored his people. See what other CM’s did to their hometowns they have changed the shape of their cities or towns. People of this area supported him for decades without any condition and he kept on deceiving them. Leave university aside why don’t our youth deserve a technical college? Why our elder, infants & ill have to die on roads while trying to reach Abbottabad, Murree or Muzafarabad, and even they reach alive there is it easy to live in hospital away from home for poor people?
Sardar Mehtab didn’t did any out of the box thing or some revolutionary project for this area that changed our lives? He did all those things which any MNA/MPA will do to keep his vote bank intact and make his chief supporters happy (mostly thekedars) by awarding them tenders.
Not a single school in bakote village was refurbished or rebuild by Mehtab govt after earth quake and students had to sit & study under burning sun in summers and under open sky in winters until erra started providing funds.
And now when the people of not only circle bakote but whole hazara region needed him to do something he didn’t did a thing instead pulled out the resignation drama to get back people’s sympathy. Like they say “JO MUKA LARAI K BAAD YAAD AAEY WO APNAY MOO’N PAR MAAR LAINA CHAIYEA” and thats the best i think Sardar Mehtab can do now with his rejected resignation letter.

I personally believe that Sardar Mehtab Abbasi is one of the prominent political figures who can contribute something positively for Sooba Hazara. As for his contributions for area are concerned, I agree that much more could have been done but we can not overlook the half part of glass that is filled. I think he has done a lot for his constituency during a limited period of around 2.5 years when he was chief minister.
Yes on the point that he underestimated the people of circle bakote by nominating his son for Provincial assembly seat, we need to seriously look for the better options.

Here I want Conclude that yes every Pakistani have need a sovereign state, where no external interferences would be occurs. Dear Sohail Tareen, criticizing and supporting same thing is called double standard and I can’t find it good in any way. I think this is one of the biggest reason for the most of the problems we have in Pakistan today. Take Jamshed Dasti’s example every one is criticizing him today but he got elected with 52000 votes so once again we have a proved fraud person in parliament. Had people not just only criticized him but also would have practically shown it by not casting votes for him he would have been a role model for fraudi politicians.

Jamshed Dasti example fits well to all politicians and people supporting them, for the sakae of argument if I agree with you that people voted for the party thats where double standards come in. You are supporting a wrong person in your good party to damage your country. Even father & mother will punish their elder son for smoking so that younger ones get a good lesson and don’t follow the elder brother. Why can’t parties punish such people at first place and if party does not takes any action people should teach party a lesson.

Since many years by the core of heart I am affiliated with PML (N) but due to some sold & UN tolerated reasons I become Political opponent of Sardar Sahib
I read all articles of Mr. Sattar & Mr. Suhail Tareen, As common practice of our area being political opponent I should go ahead with Mr. sattar views & appreciate him but being good friend cultural & moral values forced me to write few words (it is not in fever of Sardar Sahib but these are ground realities) when I read today suggestion that Mehtab sahib join Tareek Haqooq Hazara under leadership of Baba Haider Zaman It really shocked me, if you would have suggested Ghoar Ayub name for leadership it was bit reasonable please try to collect some info. (educational & political back ground of respected baba Jee) (Anyhow I regret if some one feelings are hart.)
I would like to ask all CB readers, do anyone of us knows what are the reasons, why PML(N) has voted for Pakhtoonkhwa, If you are not aware then I will request all of you to read the newspapers of 2nd day (when Nawaz Shreef oppose the Pakhttonkhwa in his press conference) The ANP Leader Asfwandyar & Basheer Baloor very clearly stated that if we will not get our name then it will be very difficult for us to be part of Pakistan, Anyhow there was many factors including 3rd time primership to vote for this. just think being Pakistani, Fata & Swat are burning, In Baluchistan some tribal’s leaders are demanding independent state & they are backed by anti Pakistan forces, do any sincere Pakistani like to open an other front in NWFP for greater Pakhtoonastan under the ANP leadership. As all of you are well aware ANP was against in creation of Pakistan and their older voted for India, Their manifesto never changed they are still awaiting to restart their Anti Pakistan tareek, If PML would have voted against their suggested name it would had great chance to start independent tareek in NWFP for ANP. But they got their name & they are still part of Pakistan. It was right of Pakhtoons peoples they got Pakhtoonkhaw , we congregate them on fine achievement, Now it is our turn we Hazawal have to straggle to get our own province HAZARA and inshallah we will success, but not at Fawara & Sarban Chock or other streets of Hazara we will get our province in legal way and that way is through parliament, Do Hazara seven MNA’s are in position to give us Hazara province So we need political support in assembly, by all means I am supporter of Tareek Sooba Hazara we must get our province but might all of you know when we will ask KANYEE MASEE LASEE DAH, Definitely she will not give us lasee, If we request her in polite way “Khala gee lasee do” then she will give us. So any one is agree or not the PML & PPP is two major parties in country & most probably in next election PML will have majority in parliament, so we should not adopt such a behavior that we should not get support of any major political party. For example if we all vote from Jarrikus to Batagram for TareekHazara, we can elect only 7 Mna, how will present our case in PML(N) & PPP those who will have majority in assembly, So we should think by Hosh Not by Josh” a humble request to those who feels that Mr. Mehtab is anti Hazara province, Just provide a single statement in which he has oppose Hazara province, If anyone of you prove then I will be the first person who will oppose him. Might all of you are aware on 14th of April all advocate of Hazara had a meeting in abbottabad bar room & they conditionally announce their support to Tareek Haqooq Hazara, The simple condition was (((Tareek Hazara will contact main [political parties (PML(N) & PPP) & request them to joint this Tareek. But so far both parties local leadership has received only one Telephone call that if you like to join us then come with us tomorrow to Karachi. You all are well educated and you are aware who are leading tareek at present & it is not in their political interest main stream Party join this Tareek because then they will back benchers & loose the driving seat.
One more question to Janab Sattar Sahib & other respected CB reader, Is any one of us noticed why all guns are trigged to only Sardar Mehtab, Is Inayat Iqbal Jadoon is not MPA of PML from Abbootabad, Whats about Murtaza Javed, Sardar Mushtaq, Peer Sabir Shah & others, I have been to all meetings of Tareek Haqooq Hazara, only & only Mehtab Abbasi has been targeted and slogan chanted against him in each meeting, Not a single speaker said any word against Anayat Jadoon. You all are well educated you can make out who are behind all this game, But one thing very clearly I am writing about Mehtab Sahib, He is proud to be resident of circle Bakote (Hazarawal), He is supporter of Hazara province, He is insane, Humain make the mistakes, He & His party are supporting Hazara province Tareek (if you feel he is not) then we all his brother, Sisters & friends will forced him to support our Nobel cause.
One more point – some participant of this debate has mentioned that xyz has given Roads, Schools etc, all funds for these projects are provided by Government of Pakistan, No one has paid from his own pocket, and for these developments we elected them & voted for them. It is their duty. we should not much obliged & give a credit to XYZ for these development funds.

Respected Sattar Sahib, Thanks for appreciation, I am totally agreed with you “Gila apnu se houta ha” I never wrote why you are critics of Sardar Sahib, itIs yours fundamental & democratic right. In a civilized society elected members are answerable to their elector. Regarding your 2nd point – Again I am fully agreed with you it would had wise & very fruitful if he would have consulted his own peoples prior to 18th amendment, As I wrote in previous mail that human makes the mistake, especially in politics right time right decision count a lot. Some time leaders have to pay huge cost if they miss timing. After couple of years few days back I had change to meet Sardar Sahib, Peer Sabir shah, Murtaza Javed Abbasi, Aurangzaib Nalotha, Ayub Afridi & some other dignities of PML was also attendant of that that meeting, Thanks to almighty Allah during Sardar Sahib Minister Ship or CM ship I never requested him for any personal fevour or I never listed my name in soother (Chaplose gang) so during meeting very clearly I raised your mentioned points & notified where the thing went wrong and how despondent leaders cash it. Sardar sahib & other admitted to rectify the weakness of PML (N). So let hope & pray they will follow the right path as per peoples demand & wishes, otherwise NA17 Especially PF-45 youngsters are well educated they knows how to make hero to zero.
I would like to request all CB readers to read Mr. Azeem article, He very clearly guided where we are at present and where we should be, and it is very useful guide line for all of us. One more request to respected participants it is good to be loyal of any leader but please for god sake don’t adopt the darbary attitude where every one tries to show that he is more loyal to king then king.
Some of our writer very proudly mentioning that they are PML worker –I am also affiliated with PML(N) since 35 years but regret to write up to today I am not aware who is PML president of Bakote village or who is president of PF-45. I tried to get orgnalisational data from PML(N) sectriate in Abbottabad (which is now captured by Hazara qoomi moment) But the don’t have any data. (I highly appreciate PPP & JI they are well organized up to village level.) So my dears if we are political worker then we should permute our Parties not personalities. At one time Sardar Inyat ur Rehman Abbasi was pillar of PML in Hazara, Do anyone of us know where is he now, in 1977 Respected Gulzar Abbasi was elected MPA on PPP ticket, very sorry to say that he permuted himself, He did not bothered to strengthen PPP in PF-45, so peoples come & goes but political party will be remain there. Therefore humble request to all political party workers try to permute parties loyalty culture & avoid personalities permuting. Once party culture is permuted then party loyal person from Darwaza, Aliabad or Boi will be our Mpa ticket holder at that time no one will be in position to write why party has honored MPA ticket to any alcoholic person or why PML has nominated a dispenser (Cap.Safdar Brother) for MNA from Manserah. .
Secondly one of our friend wrote that Hazara province is not our need, But I think that is his personal views – I am based in Abbottabad & my native place is Bakote, 99.9 % Hazarawal are demanding Hazara province, they don’t want to be part pakhtonkhaw (even I can’t properly spell the name, how to I can be citizen of that province ) So my dear brothers this is time for faith & unity, Forget how will be our future MNA & MPA at this critical moments please come on one plate form with one point agenda how we will get our Hazara province. The Sub continent Muslim were in minority but their faith, loyalty, & unity was basic stone in creation of our beloved country Pakistan, So if we Hazarawal are united with complete faith Inshallah we get our Hazara province.

Sardar Mahtab Ahmed Khan whom we proudly call SMAK is the great person. I request people of Hazara, infact people of NWFP to pay him the respect he deserves. You people are very lucky to have the leader like him who lives for people. He was the one who strongly opposed for the change of name of NWFP, he was the one who did not vote for the change of the name, he was the one who offered resignation for the sake of people and you people are blaming him. I can not forget his disappointment when some people tried to take advantage by creating riots in Abbottabad. He is the person who loves his people.
There is one thing that I think goes against him is to give ticket for PF-45 to his son. But that would be party’s decision. He would have not taken this decision alone. May be he and his party was thinking that it would be easier for them to win that seat if the give the ticket to Shamoon. Because people will give him vote as he is the son of Mahtab Abbasi. It is my personal opinion. So I believe Mahtab and PML should think for the other middle class and educated person for that ticket in the next elections.
Apart of that, there is nothing wrong with the person, beleive me. He is the one who has got the ability to change the fate of your province. Though I do not belong to NWFP and I know Sardar Mahtab very closely. Therefore, I request to please think before you write anything against him.

i read all comments and points , one thing i know that Mehtab khan didn’t do the due development in circle bakote over period of time, he was no doubte involved in making money like flour scandal and kick backs form contractors etc.
He form his different statements never agrees for Suba Hazara, which is just right of people despite of all political gains and personal benefits of the people running the revolution. He had this opportunity to step forward and lead the hazara nation for separate Provence. This would have raise his political and social status, but he chose PMLN over the national interest. His resign after the tahreek was just a drams and what happened now, is he not still the member of same parliament.
It depends on you if you see the national interest of hazara people of going for your likes and dislikes. one thing for sure we have to decide whether we need independence from or slavery of pashtoon. This is the right time and we all together need to keep this revolution up running am not saying we will get suba within 1 or 2 years but it may take 10 years only thing is we have to keep the revolution running.

Let me introduce the Dawansar,Ghuchhn,Naanga ,Barheh,Banni,Dera Lal Khan,Meerajaani.This is a valley of Dawansar at front side of Thandiani at its double height and at back side of Kotla/Basali,Abbottabad,from where you can see the kashmir under-feet.these places are parodize upon the earth.Having no example in beauty and attraction. And the best natural Picnic spots But because of having no facility of Road people know less about these places.But the whole valley is full of natural beauty having no example .I have seen with my open eyes the Dawansar,Ghuchh,Naanga,Barheh,Banni,Byedaar,Killeh, Dera Lal Khan and Meerajani.There is no comparasion in beauty with these places upon the earth.Unfortunately the picnic spot, Valley of Dawansar is disappeared from the eyes of the people because of having no facility of Road there.
When beautiful flowers are waiting to kiss the hands and figures and a valley looks like a parodize upon the earth.When smiling needles and hairs of pine trees are moving and and seen as dancing /singing and clouds bring an aanchal and birds sings a song.When streams and rivers express their emotions/ affection and funny . When greenery is waiting to kiss the bare feet and fresh and cold breaz of air, full and loaded of perfume of flowers and rose prattles are waiting to embrace and the cold and clean water of the valley is thirsty to touch the sweet and soft lips and voices of the songs of birds are touching the ears. When shadows of the trees give proof of faithfulness and waves of waters are touching the neck and make an act of piety.When birds do throw the flowers and leaves prattles upon the head and the trees make listen the loari and the grassy land having shadow of trees takes in the lap. How you can forget the Galyat and Beautiful vally of having in the lap the Dawansar,Ghuchh,Barheh,Naanga,Banni ,Dera Lal Khan and meerajani near Beerangali and at front of Thandiani at its double hight from where the kashmir is seen underfeet.

I know the 4 big suporter and close friends of Mr.Mehtab .One is PTC School Teacher- and his family accomodated in Abbotabad in big house fully furnished with costly furniture and dicorate as well also he has own vehicle- do you think one school teacher can effort that although you know that he dont have any side buisness and any income source other then service, but he is managing becasue he is close firend of Mr. Mehtab and now the question is from where he earned the Money.
2. One Normal Shopkeeper sporter of Mr. Mehtab Share older in 5 big agences and also his Friend circle a Number of Crimnal whos saling the Alchol and smaggling the woods as well. Also SP, SSP -SHO and Police mans afraid from him and never catch his any vehicle – Is he need for the small buisness. the Question is from where he bring the Money to effort that type of people.
