UC Plack : Ayubia monkeys come down to human populated area from mountains as soon as winter begins and destroy their crops. Wild life organization needs to step forward and do some actions to restrict monkeys from destroying crops.

I belong to the same area and I think there is no truth in this story. Infact, in the hilly areas like Kuza Gali and surroundings, in winter times, there is no crop so HOW monkeys can destroy the crops????

Ajmal may be you are right about some particular village but you can’t say that this news is entirely baseless as (Makai) corn is some times harvested in start of winter. Also this time Monkeys were even found in Khun villages destroying corn and Sarsoon..
