A workshop was held in Lahore with the help of UNESCO and PAKISTAN PRESS FOUNDATION(PPF) and under the supervision of IUCN Pakistan. Journalist from all over the pakistan participated in this workshop. The topic of the workshop was about environmental issues in modern era. Afia Salam represented IUCN and Muqtada Mansoor represented ppf in the workshop. Journalist were trained about “how to hilight the environmental issues” in this workshop. The team of journalists visited different areas of the ROYAL LEATHER INDUSTRIES LTD as part of this workshop.

From Panjab: Aamir Butt, Gonila Gul, Aamna, Nadia Bukhari.
Naseem Shaikh (ppf karachi) and many others were are also there in the workshop and they all agreed to work for the beterment of the environment.
