These are some old pictures of Chaudry Abdul Rahman (Late) of AliAbad. Ch Abdul Rahman was AliAbad’s favourite leader and pride. Thanks to Wasim Gohar for sending these pictures.

Thanks for uploading these pictures of ours beloved leader Ch.Abdul Rehman(late).Its was a very last time pics which I captured on the inaugural ceremony of electricity at kalaban Aliabad some earlier than demise his health.
We pray that almighty ALLAH infinite mercy upon him, may ALLAH rest his soul in eternal peace in the heavenly abode!.. and may every village have a great leader like him….(ameen)

Great job done by you.You refreshed our memories with SirSyed-E-Aliabad.This was his last cermoney in Aliabad,and i was with him in organizing this cermoney,i still remember very importants tips given by him to organise this.He struggled hard for this day.It was his big dream which came true on that day.
Waseem you can collect more pictures of his different public meetings, if you please spare some time and contact with Ashraf bi,Shabir bi ,sabir bi,Faris bi and with some other peoples.

I worked closely with Abdul Rehman Bahi who had a great dream for the development of the area which came true in his life. The poetry he used to repeat in public meetings reflects his personality and untiring efforts:

I would like to thank all of those,who publish these pictures and offered their comments.Why not, we avail this chance to share the mission of Ch. Abdul Rehman and his way to serve the community.He was not a leader by birth.After the death of Ch. Ali Bahadar(my grand father), a member / social worker of today’s Aliabad,the leadership vacuum created, the same as created now .The elders and youngsters of the community called back Ch.Abdul Rehman from Karachi,where he was a successful vagetable businessman.He said “yes” to the call of the community once and then never said ” no”,I am tired or I have some problems.He was determined and committed to serve the community for the sake of Allah,therefore he was succeeded on every step by Allah.He had a good working relation with all social workers of circle Bakote without considering their political affiliation.His suggestions were weighted among them and was a good dicission maker.He was proving himself as a leader of Circle Bakote during his last period before death.My grand father once put his pagh(A cultural cap wrapped with a long turbene or a cloth piece) on his head to show the community, their future leader and transfer Aliabadies leadership to Ch.Abdul Rehman.The election symbol during his last election was also pagh.He never selected the future leadership of Aliabad in his life and left it to the community to select.He trained so many social workers of Aliabad from the platform of Anjuman Falah-o-Behbood and Aliabad Social Welfare Society , one amongs them will be selected by the community to lead.Every one is jumping and offering himself as a candidate.The community will soon decide one after a tough trial/test competition.I hope the vacuum will be filled by a suitable candidate.
